Returns Policy

Faulty Goods / Shipping Error:

JMSR Australia guarantees product quality and dispenser integrity. Any products which do not meet our standards will be replaced with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods and JMSR Australia will organise a return and replacement.

Please note that only unused products can be replaced.

If you inadvertently click on the wrong product when ordering and would like it replaced, please contact us as soon as you are aware.

Adverse Effects:

Jan Marini skin care is formulated to bring about positive changes in your skin. Very occasionally, one or other of the ingredients may not agree with you. Please contact us if you have any concerns and one of our product experts will assist you.

Please note we will only provide assistance where we have a record of your purchase from us, or one of our authorised stockists. We do not support claims made on products purchased from any of the following sites, which do not source products from Jan Marini Skin Research.
